One event, opened
Every tile opens to the work behind it.
Click an event and the board becomes a checklist: what is confirmed, what is in progress, and the one thing waiting on you. The same list is what our crew works from on the day.

What we listen for
Before anyone asks.
We walk the course, the start corral and the finish, and we listen to the people standing in each place. What they need to know becomes something we build.
-
The spectator
"Where is she right now?"
A phone page that shows every runner's last split and the next place to see them, with the walk time to get there.
-
The race director
"Has the toilet truck shown up?"
A board where every vendor's status is a color, updated by the person who signed for the delivery, not by a phone call an hour later.
-
The volunteer
"What am I supposed to do at mile 12?"
An assignment on her phone: the spot on the map, the shift, who to call, and what "done" looks like, sent before she leaves the house.

In the field
Firefighter Challenge Championship Series
Since 2023 we have run timing and results for the Firefighter Challenge: head-to-head heats, a schedule that moves with the weather, and spectators who want to know who is up next. We built the live dashboard its competitors, families and broadcast crew now use: upcoming heats, results as they post, penalties explained, and schedule changes the moment they happen, in twelve languages.
Event support by Qystone Events for the First Responder Institute.
